What to expect?
Once the booking is confirmed, the client’s flight date and number are tracked. Upon arrival at the airport, the client is greeted with a sign bearing their name. The driver introduces themselves formally and offers assistance with luggage to board the bus, a complimentary drink upon arrival, and the option of restroom or meal access before the journey begins. The client decides whether they require any of these services, and upon arrival at their destination, the services are arranged. The client is then assisted with their luggage and bid farewell.
Meeting and collection
- Pick-up details: The traveler is provided with the driver’s name and sent a photograph of the tag indicating the client’s name. If the traveler is at a different location, such as a hotel or private residence, they should go to reception or speak with the security guard.
